Added a vid, arranged things, took some advice...I think we are headed in the right direction, we are converting at 1:289 right now which is better than a week ago so big thanks to the advice from you all who have helped us!!!!

I really like the new look, although you really need to make the flash movie mutable... lots of people hiding their porn at work n stuff... So they need to be able to turn it off ... its pretty standard to make any playing music mutable
