Frame the tube sites with your own ads. YUP, frame their videos where the are located on the page. Most of them are smack dab in the same place and yes, they will probably change that wen they realize, but that can be changes too!

Steal their thumbs and link to their videos on their OWN page with your ads running around it. It can be done if you aren't half of a retard.

The other option is to use a hitbot to slam their advertisers from their own advertisers links that can easily be copied and pasted and fake referred. Slam them with 100k + hits from semi latent proxies with no signups from a hitbot and eventually the people advertising paying per thousand or whatever will say, "This is not worth it".

Well, I had retards trying to steal my work with frames, but it is easy enough to break out of it. Also redirect incoming traffic... They just sent me more traffic.

If you want to kill illegal tubes, you are not killing them by profiting off the same infringement yourself. If you are putting ads around infringements, you are doing exactly the same as the host.

Anything can be done, but you still need better motive. I had some submissions, where webmasters were embedding infringements from other tubesites - with their own ads around it... ok, they did not have to do the work of uploading and hosting it themselves, but they were still assisting to infringements.. AND make money off it.

As Mike says; "It's not good business". If I see infringements, I tell my sponsors about it, so they can deal with it. You - and everyone else - should do the same.

I will be dealing in LONG stolen clips, but not stealing them. I won't be "stealing" ANYTHING as a matter of fact. It's being offered for free by people that feel the need to grab entire members areas and broadcast them to the tune of 100's if not 1000's of terabytes per month. They do it out of the goodness of their own hearts. How dare me... right? FUCK U!

If the content in the source does not equal the destination, then the original copyrighter or sponsor will not make money off it.

Look, I hate piracy and illegal tubes as much as you do, probably more, but I do not think plagiarism of their "business model" will solve the problem. Neither will attacking the websites, whatever methods, considering 25% or something of the internet traffic is infringements it won't change much. What we need is better protection... and better protectors

Interesting discussion, guys. A little off topic but what kind of promo/content methodology do you guys see REPLACING (coming after) Tube sites in the evolution of web content. The past evolutionary pattern was -- CJs > semiCJs/Proto TGPs > Full blown TGPs > tubes > ???? Of course, there's many side branches and independent lines like AVS, Free sites, blogs, etc but in terms of the main evolutionary line listed above, what do you think the permutations are?
