ive been sick for a few days now fever , coughing i think the pains from the coughing its my right side think it could be anything serious or should i not worry?

Go to the doctor NOW. This is a pendicitis, kidney stones, or a number of other things. Some very serious. Especially if you're throwing up. Most likely it's a kidney stone. You definitely need to get checked out.

The combination of fever and pain could be an indication of an infection (such as appendicitis). Go see a physician.

Chances are that you just have the flu and perhaps pulled a muscle while coughing, but you definitely don't want to risk being wrong about that. When in doubt, your GP's the guy to bother.

An infected appendix can rupture. A ruptured appendix will kill you pretty fast, and even if caught in time you will be sick as fuck and in the hospital for more than a week after your surgery.

no see a gun would not give balance. you would then end up with a small hole on the left side and a large hole on the right side. you are close though. such pain is easily fixed by hitting your non hurting side down against the top of a counter top. migraine pain is best to place temple in door jam and slam door.

enough with this costly westernized medicine.
