Hiring a coder!

The project:

You need to code a "traffic tracker" into our existing cms.
- Track incoming traffic: per site in our database, per country.
- Calculate it into a bonus. 10k from usa is xxx 10k from india is x etc.
- Registered members in our cms should be able to see this info.
- " " should be able to see a toplist based on the calculations.
- Stats should be resetable per day/week/month.

I need a serious coder, someone who can start working on this right away.
Payment will be half upfront half when project is finished. Price of this project is negotiable. If you cant do start doing this right away dont bother. If you think you can take months to get this done, same thing ;)
