Bought a 30 day license yesterday and can't update the database. Sent ICQ's, emails ? Are you having problems too ? |

Don't think it's dead, I get emails from them once a week or so. Might be temporary down though.

Well i get that as it's a fresh new installation (a new PC) that i need to contact them for a full database update ? I have been using this for years now. Weird ? The thing is, i paid for only a month to test a new project of mine so everyday counts in a way ?
Hope someone catches this thread and goes thru their support emails/icq |

 If you used your chameleon license on more than one computer (IP) then you won't be able to update DB and will have to send email to support.
