Hi, Anyone can tell me how can I get started to build an affiliate program what are the requirements of this business. I want to run an affiliate program like design of http://www.bosbucks.com its pretty good design what are the most needed software what software can be use to track the sales unique hits and raws and also what is the best tracking software to use and who is the one to set up the billing information. I want to have business partner of this I can give anything to get started.

Have you spent some time as an affiliate? Most affiliates build up some knowledge about what the program owners do and what software they run.

It's best to start out small. I would recommend starting with NATS (http://getnats.com/).
Create a ccbill affiliate program instead.
