A friend of mine asked me to place his advert for he doesn't want to show off his nick.I know him personally, we worked a lot together. He's a good person, very talented and a reliable partner. If you take him in your team you surely won't regret - I can ensure you judging from my own experience.

EXPERIENCE:

experience in adult - 4 years
degree in graphic design and advertising
started my career from traffic (TGP posting, CJs, doorways, tops, top fhg)
later I took up affiliate programs. I had 3 affiliate programs with niche paysites
I developed one affiliate program with a niche while working in the office as a top manager. There I'd got some management skills (I headed 5 workers in the staff)
made a lot of content in niches by order and for myself (geys, fetish, teens)
worked in advertising company where I learned PR, virus marketing, partizan marketing, etc.
studied virus marketing and other types of marketing for a long time in order to use their techniques in adult. I developed great ideas for adult.
have some experience in pharma, also Adware soft
got up NLP till master class and more. I continue studying NLP and successfully use it in my job.
completed full training of Erickson hypnosis, and I successfully use it in adult.

WHAT DO THIS EXPERIENCE GAVE TO ME:

When all knowledge come together in one's head, then brain gives fresh ideas, and the latter bring nice profit. More experience - more fresh ideas.
Thanks to my study I know how to present the advertised products, where to place accent while creating banners or galleries. When I studied top fhg I learned to make banners that bring plenty of clicks. When I learned how to make galleries I succeeded them to have high ratio. Then it becomes clear how to use all this knowledge in developing paysites knowing what promo materials to use in order to get maximum traffic on paysite and to have high ratio.
When to speak about shooting, it becomes clear how to make the most clickable content, what models to choose, what interior to select, what is better for photo shooting and what perspective is more appropriate for video to make lusty clickable thumbs.
Has anybody tried to use Erickson hypnosis and NLP in Internet commercials?
Virus marketing which is rather popular now is apt to adult.
There is a lot to write but let's leave it for personal conversation.

Why don't I work alone any more? Here is the answer - because of the global crisis. A lot of events happened for the last time due to which my work activity suffered.

there are a ton of misspelling and really bad grammar in this. have him spend a few dollars and have someone review it for him.
