Hate him or not. You (was not aware you were driving) are following to close unless your state happens to have way different laws. In the event something did fall you may or may not have time to react. Considering you do have a camera phone or something out that is at very least partially distracting you. We also would have to take your word for it that someone is not in your blind spot, or closing in close to it. So even if you did react it would not be pretty, since your only reaction would be to either hit what falls or swerve to other lane.

The right lane was empty next to me. I've been driving (well legally used to drive all over the place when I was 13 till 16 lol) 20 years now. I've had a total of 1 accident that I was at fault and that was due to weather conditions and black Ice and I still didn't hit anyone and only damaged my car which I drove home after doing a 360 on a 2 lane interstate. 76 on a TN interstate will not get you pulled over. In fact 81 is unlikely to get you pulled over if you are in the flow of traffic. Speed limit is 70. Cops don't blink at 76. They give an 11 mile an hour buffer here before they bother someone. Hey not that I would know having only gotten 1 ticket in 10 years, and only pulled over 2 times total. The first of which I knew the cop and he let me off.

Just silly to chastise someone for going with the flow of traffic and taking a picture with a phone that has a button right on the side of it that snaps a pic np. Done arguing about it. Its just silly. lol
