there's a big difference between exclusive and *original* content.

I must be doing something right because I retain members at 55% from $3.95 trial to $29.95. Which is more than twice the industry average.
I believe that quality is job #1. What you think is quality, might not be quality at all. I used to think holio's feeds were the shit. Wrong. I retained at only 20%. I almost tripled my retention when I learned what quality really was. Plus I have a lot of quality. Your content doesn't have to be exclusive, just mostly exclusive. If your using the same streams that everyone else uses, you will obviously not do as well. On the other hand, bangbus for instance. All exclusive stuff, but I find the members area unexciting. It is entertaining more than it is sexually fulfilling. They could use extra content that is sexually fulfilling to boost retention and that should answer to topic of this post. ![]() Stay tuned, I will be giving away a Yamaha Raptor 4 wheeler to kick off my next site. ![]() |

This is a "How long is this piece of string" question. The answer depends on what are you already offering the client. 10 Exclusive sets poor quality or 1,000 exclusive sets and 500 exclusive videos top quality.
First thing is to decide if you already have enough to attract and retain the client. Then look at the mix within the style of the niche. It is generally a bad decision to go with just one shooter. This narrows down your appeal, you end up only with the guys that like that style and that way of shooting only. NO big magazine, video publisher, website goes exclusively with one shooter (to my knowledge) they get diferent people to shoot within the same niche and to a similar style. To broaden their appeal. I also agree with the guys talking about quality, tooo many think this is just a numbers game and fill a site with as much content for the less money. Who do they attract as members? The guy looking to spend as little as possible and get as much as posible. Do not compete with Wal-Mart unless you have deep pockets, go for quality. I also agree with Dugmoor, there are webmasters out there that think you can shoot an excusive set for nothing. Quality costs and it will bring in the returns. ![]() |

What it needs to be is quality, the surfer is not looking for something *original* he's looking to jerk off , not to be amazed at our creativity. I've shot the same basic style for 5 years and it sells. The only diference is a never ending supply of cute girls. It continues to sell and convert because we know and understand what are doing so do it well. Exclusive content will retain and attract members. If it is good enough and you have enough. Bad exclusive is still bad and not enough with fresh coming in all the time will also lead to charge backs. That means a big investment which few new sites have, so a mixture between good exclusive and fresh non-exclusive is the best way forward. |

to the guy who asked how to lease the Bubble Girls plugin - i don't know now. The link i have doesn't work. I know at one time Python was marketing if for them but i see that it's not on their site anymore.
There are no links for webmasters on the BG site - a mystery. Bubble Girls isn't on a ton of paysites - i know it's on CDGirls and maybe ATK has it. It fits in perfectly with those type of sites.

We have many clients where we take out interactive games content and totally modify and swap out all images, logos, and sometimes totally redesign the games altogether to fit the style and look of their exclusive site.
We do this a lot with amateur models, etc. I think they love it because it is cool to see that they are featured in their own strip poker game, etc. I think interactive content like games, etc can go a long way. Even though we are a plugin company, we are able to modify our content for our clients needs and different sites if requested.
