I have a friend who wants epass but they dont have cc or checking and i dont want to use mines cus then they will have my info right?

have him sign up for a program that offers epass.he can get a card that way

for some countries, you can't load money from cc, so if he is from one of them he can just open an account.

if he's from usa he needs cc, but like ninja said, if someone opens for him he'll get account without cc.

third option, i think YOU can open acc for him: in main menu, where are those red buttons, buy a gift account with his info. but wait for someone to confirm this first, i never done this before...

I think it's better to ask any affiliate program to open an account for him. This way he'll get a Personal account, not the Gift one.
