If I was looking for a content management domain, I certainly wouldn't be buying a domain trying to SEO for long tail keywords unless that's part of the overall plan, but I would rather be looking for branding opportunities. Unless your an idiot and actually calling your product "Content Management Script", i'd only be interested in it for the long tail keywords and that's it and even then, depending on traffic volumes, can't see it being worth more than $20.

True but this domain can be used for some sort of fake CMS reviews site that gets some SE traffic and capitalizes on AdSense, and probably upsells some Joomla plugins/graphic schemes. Aint going to make you rich, but probably it is capable of pulling $100/month running on autopilot.
