If those are the numbers I would assume that something is setup wrong or not working. Have you contacted the affiliate program in question?

It could be a really unlikely fluke, but I doubt it. It is most likely something wrong. If you could ask them to contact us, we're more than happy to take a look at it and help them fix it if there is something wrong.
