Anyone have any idea what this could be?

Apparently they look like raised brown moles, at the bottom of the shaft, and there are around 8 of them. They do not hurt, no razor blade piss, etc..

Any ideas?

Well, in this particular case. It is not me.

I have never had brown anything on my penis and balls. So kinda clueless when it came to my friend's question.

Could be one of them, or genital herpes (but it says they hurt/itch/etc.. )

These were lumps that do not itch/hurt/burn etc. and are in the scrotal region.

Obviously getting checked is his best bet.
