:stop How to have google remove/delist your enemies ( tubes etc )

Sponsors should be more proactive about monitoring the se's for content theft, but it can also be a usefull tool for affiliates.

I am NOT suggesting you do this without the copyright holders permission.

An example search on google
playboy full length videos

shows most of the top results are stolen content/copyright abuse

A simple formal complaint to google will return playboy and REAL affiliates to many of the top spots. Multiple complaints and google will remove offending sites ( not just pages ) from the google index entirely.

If you have se rank and the bad guys are scooping your serp , simply contact the sponsor and ask to act on their behalf in sending the dmca complaints.

Also, those of you/us with old, trusted google webmaster tools accounts for respected sites in your/our niches. Its been known for a while now that google will infact give these accounts more 'weight' or 'bias' on complaints about copyright and link purchases.

2-3 complaints from old respected sites, (ie hoes, freeones, brandname*) will actually mean something and be looked into much quicker and more in depth then a handful of complaints by random people.

I'm all for this and have attempted to inform other companies of this reseource as well.

Although there are a few lines that I think freak people out:

http://www.google.com/dmca.html

Please note that you will be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) if you materially misrepresent that a product or activity is infringing your copyrights. Indeed, in a recent case (please see http://www.onlinepolicy.org/action/l...opg_v_diebold/ for more information), a company that sent an infringement notification seeking removal of online materials that were protected by the fair use doctrine was ordered to pay such costs and attorneys fees. The company agreed to pay over $100,000. Accordingly, if you are not sure whether material available online infringes your copyright, we suggest that you first contact an attorney.

form a fake company , let them file the dmca's for you as an authorized copyright enforcement agent, if the shit hits the fan, say they weren't authorized to file dmca's for you.

Doesn't matter to me, I'll keep selling domains while tubes eliminate every last dollar in this industry.

This doesn't apply to content producers. If you shoot your own content, you own it, and its not fair use.

there is no way anyone is that stupid.

fair use is the condition you agree to bound by to get your exclusive rights.

you have to let people make commentaries, parodies, backup recover, timeshift your content. Anyone who bought a right to view has those rights.
