Yes, that is Burzum. That is a good track, but the rest of there stuff is not as good.

if you are into black metal with that kind of feel to it, then I think some old Dimmu might fit the bill, and maybe even Mayhem's Freezing Moon... or even some of the great pagan black metal bands like Graveland
