Wrist support braces and etc? - GoFuckYourself.com

Do any of you use any? I'm starting to get a lot of pain in my mousing hand when mousing for more than an hour so I'm looking into a brace/glove to help with my wrist/hand pain.
Anyone use one? Which do you like and why? Which have outright sucked?

Change which mouse you use, could just be an awkward position that is uncomfortable based on the model or design of the mouse.

I've been doing this full time for 6 years and spend a lot of my leisure time on the computer as well, and luckily, the only thing that ever gets sore is my ass.

I've had this same mouse for 7 years. It hasn't been a problem before :/

get a new mouse, check your posture on your desk and when i get sore i actually rub birch oil extract on my wrist, it works really good actually.. (fucking hippy)

you better get to the doctor quick.. A sore ass is no laughing matter. You will need to get a high end ass brace. If you don't your ass will fall off piece by piece. It won't be a pretty sight.

I bought a new mouse. Still hurts a little, but it's definitely better. Anyone have any more suggestions for more comfortable mousing?

Know what works great for me? I only use my right hand when working ... photoshop, final cut, etc.

Anything else, this site for example I use my left hand. I've noticed a tremendous reduction in hand problems.

I have a brace that works great for carpal tunnel, but that pain is more like inside your forearm.

I thought I had carpel tunnel and used a wrist brace+ice+all sorts of fancy mouses for like 2 years and it never got better. Then I went to a wrist orthopedist specialist and he found out it was a very small pea sized cyst. He injected some cortizone and I haven't had any probs since
