why argue with him? obviously he both doesn't understand the legal liability he has and/or doesn't care. either way, you're not going to get him to understand that he is potentially liable for criminal copyright infringement and / or statutory damages.

How would you know what is copyrighted and what is not when you don't legitimately buy any content? setting up this biz model assures illegal stuff. I mean some asshole could just dmca for your whole fucking site.

They have been catching heat over this issue for a while now, and it's painfully obvious they don't give a shit. However, if you mention the word "money" on your site and say you paid the girl for sex, or even imply you paid her, they will not process for you.
