How does BYOT actually work?

So you build a tour or gallery and other assholes promote it and you get a $5 override?
That's pretty cool.
I've always been good at making galleries that convert.
Do you build it and the other idiots can just find it, do you have to promote your own, what?

Well that depends on the program you make the gallery/tour for, mentioning on boards etc that your stuff converts good can't be bad though.

I have over 40 BYOTs in the ARS program at the moment. For a few years they did quite well.

Now they're are converting overall at about 1:9000 (last pay period stats).

They still make me a few bucks. Considering I spent about 2 weeks putting them together and they've made me close to $40k it's was some time well spent.

I was making 3-5k a week off ARS's original BYOT program, until they deleted all the BYOTs over night. I'm still dirty at them over that.

Real reason was CB and processing issues - they didn't have the content inside the MAs that was being used outside.

BYOT version two ran on shitty DVD caps.

There is plenty posted about why ARS made portfolio changes back in 2003. Please do a search for more info on that.

The current BYOT program is doing just fine and there are affiliates making money with it. As a matter of fact, I had one affiliate reach $500,000 in earnings from his BYOTs just a couple of months ago. If you have specific questions, feel free to contact me.

Wasn't trying to create drama Becky. Just simply stating what was. As I recall, it was Marc who was still around at the time anyhow
