If you sat someone down and they went at it.. being social and using twitter as a normal person. I would say 3 months would be the quickest you can ramp that up.
Unless...... someone like you emails members telling them to follow you.. then you could reach those numbers in 24 hours.

once you get to 2k twitter is now implementing ratios of followers to following.. you are better off having a bunch of accounts.. i can add 500 users a day with no problems from twitter... |
