Failed Rebills, Failed Rebills, and more Failed Rebills ;(

The amount of failed rebills I get is absurd.... I just started doing a 1 day trial campaign and nearly 70-80% of signups result in failed rebills....

Do you use netbilling? You might want to tweak your rebill attempt $ rate

Nope... only using CCBill for now... have been strongly considering getting a netbilling merchant account or otherwise to see if it's any better

you need netbilling, with their step-down rebilling and you set how many attempts, you should double your rebills.

I'm going to have to seriously consider setting up netbilling

This was something I was hoping to hear as well... I guess... I notice that nearly all programs do a 3 day trial instead of a 1 day trial... I figured this was only to ease the surfer into forgetting about their trial period after 3 days as opposed to them being more aware of cancelling if the trial was only 1

But if there's any truth to a 3 day trial having better results on failed rebills than a 1 day trial than I may just have to try it out

You could also try a $5.95 5-day trial, that worked well for me when I ran them. Trials are a bitch either way. I know someone that ONLY sells whacked-out trial prices, like $7.24 for 6 days and $16.88 for 19 days, shit like that.
