I am not taking a side here because honestly I don't know Dirty D nor have I ever done business with him but I have been following this thread and whats been posted here. The more I read of what you posted and I thought Dirty D might be in a lot of trouble.

But then I read that article and I have to say that it makes no sense to me at all. First it is very hard for me to believe that anyone who has been in this business for any amount of time would risk their freedom to shoot one girl that is underage. I am sure that there are some that are that profoundly stupid, but not an established program owner regardless of his content

Second this girl claims complete ignorance but in the same breath admits to using a fake ID, having friends that do shoots and that she had 'heard' D had AIDS and did shoots raw dogging. So, she has friends that are in videos, acquired and brought along a fake ID but she didn't know she had to be 18 to do a shoot?

I admit I don't know what happened but that article and the quotes from the girl in questioned just seemed 'scripted' to cover all the bases to me

TAMPA ? from www.tampabay.com - Law enforcement officials issued a warrant for a two men who they say filmed a minor in two pornographic videos, and on Wednesday, two police departments arrested Stephen Shawn Chastain, 36, and Ryan Jay Holtz, 24, and charged them with two counts of promoting a sexual performance by a child.

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement said they were present at a Tampa house in 2007 when a 17-year-old girl was filmed in two porn videos.

According to an arrest warrant, Chastain and Michael Storm [pictured], also known as "Dirty D," were present when Holtz asked the girl if she had her fake identification. Storm, 44, gave her a release form to sign and said he knew she was only 17, the warrant states. Chastain said he would pay her $500.

They then filmed two videos, one at the house and the other at Fantasy Land Adult Video, FDLE officials said.

Chastain was arrested by Tampa police, and Holtz was arrested by St. Petersburg police Wednesday. Both were released on $20,000 bail.

State records list Chastain as chief executive of the Lone Knight Productions Inc., which he registered in Florida in 2005.
