I have no problem with the thread being pulled.

The original issue of the upaid proven debt, has been resolved. Dirty D wrongly believed Shoehorn had cheated him but had actually cheated himself by being too cheap to get his TOS sales done properly, and by mis-judging or ignoring the weight of opinion of his peers and the damage he would do to his own business by failing to pay out. He took a stand on a principle, and didn't know when to back down, and it has cost him big time. Now he has, and I would hope he has also revised his TOS, and all should be normal now.

All of the other side issues that compounded the popularity and longevity of this thread are unrelated and if he has any question to answer there it's the responsibility of the people concerned to proceed against him in the appropriate places.....which is not here in a thread about not paying affiliates.

I agree with you about Dirty D, but not about Jenni, and here is why...

Jenni is not an employee of Dirty D. He is a client.

Advisors are paid to provide good advice, and do the best they can on behalf of their clients, but in the end, each client makes the final decision as to how they wish to handle specific situations.

Whether Jenni provided what I think is good or bad advice, I don't know, as I am not privy to what they discussed.

However, as an owner of a few businesses, I can tell you, that ultimately I make all of the major decisions affecting my companies.

By the time Dirty D took his "cruise", his business/reputation was already in a state of crisis - whatever occurred subsequent to that is solely his responsibility.

I do agree with you that some public statement from Dirty D is in order...

The issue is whether Jenni is an employee or contractor (I have both employees and contractors, so I can tell you that there is a big difference between the two).

Earlier in this thread Jenni stated that she was not an employee of HIGR.

However, Whore Monger stated that she is an employee.

When I looked up PR Kitty on WHOIS, Dirty D is listed, not Jenni.

I also located this info in a Press Release from HIGR dated 3/1/07:

The statements above are possibly open to interpretation, but they give the impression that Dirty D absorbed PR Kitty into his business, and that Jenni is more than simply an independent contractor.

Perhaps Jenni can provide some clarification.

This place has really sunk to a new low.

Shoehorn was paid over $600 via epassporte during our last regular bi-monthly payout.

We have paid webmasters millions on time for over 10 years.

Not a single paysite wants affiliates to purchase the EXACT spelling of the domain name via PPC. Shoehorn knew that this was shady when he decided to send me google search engine traffic for the EXACT spelling of "Crack Whore Confessions" - while he was lying to me about the traffic sources.

I took this shady behavior personally and have paid Shoehorn.

The TOS will be updated shortly to state the obvious.

Why not address those allegations? Do you not agree that all webmasters should be able to market your content that you have taken great care to make sure all talent is over the age of 18? And if you are a "victim" in this ordeal, why haven't you sued that model for false accusations that could potentially harm your reputation?
