Hoes.com please explain to me where all my hardlinks are?

I had several blog hardlink trades with hoes.com and I just noticed that they are all gone with no heads up/explanation.

I check this thread: http://www.gfy.com/fucking-around-and-business-discussion/915980-hoes-com-listing-blogs-categories.html and It seems they removed all the blog links that they traded with without notice 1 month ago. So me and probably many more people have been giving free 1 way links to hoes.com the last month.

An explanation Marc?

Yep, noticed that too. Fuck 'em, there's no acceptable excuse for removing all links without notice.

I let them sit for about a week, giving benefit of the doubt but then took mine down. You can submit them to his list and if you send 20 a day get hard linked that way.

20 isn't much, but I don't think they send that much back, and after ditching the last links whats to say they will stay either.

On freesites they get dropped after a while also.

The freesites stay in the data base.. at least mine do

After some time they get reshuffled back in the mix. Ive had some freesites re-listed after a year or 2.

So keep your recip up and maybe your blog will be re-listed.

Or contact Marc and ask him what the deal is.

Nope, these were blog hardlink trades and were to be different from submitted freesites.

I quote Marc here from the thread I mentioned above "Big difference between what I'm doing for blogs and free sites. Blogs will get much more and permanent placement than free sites"

As for emailing AmeliaG tried it "I noticed the same thing for my blog links, sent a bunch of emails (also had a question on MovieRoom), got no response, tried the contact form on the site, finally gave up and pulled the links"

I just want to know what Marc's response is.

Sorry for the late reply.

Yes, I removed my blog trading functionality about a month ago when I realized that it was negatively affecting my google search results. It was an oversight on my part to think I could open up so many new trades and benefit from it.

For those of you also considering lots of blog trades... consider this...

1. Many people will remove the link after one week assuming you aren't paying attention. This was about 20% of the trades.

2. Most blogs are garbage and will NOT help you at all with search engine traffic.

3. Many blog "networks" have temporary, artificial pagerank or pagerank 1 that shouldn't trick you into thinking they are quality.

4. 95% of the trades did not even send 1 hit daily!!!

I contacted the list of traders that I had from my database asking them to please remove my link. If you did not get this email, or it landed in your spam folder which often happens, please REMOVE ALL LINKS TO HOES.COM from your blogs at this time.

Regarding free sites...

As long as your site is still active, it will remain in our database. I cycle sites on the category pages twice daily. You won't see your site every day, but when you do, the traffic will be high since the number of listings is minimized.

So in short you removed them because they were shitty sites that were hurting your ranks?

Your ranks sure look A LOT WORSE today then they did 2 months ago (even 1 month ago), so I'm not so sure this theory is sound.

This is fall-out from trading with so many blogs. It will take time to resolve itself.

point here is "BE CAREFUL WITH TRADING THESE DAYS!"

I removed blogs that recently setup a trade with me using the special blog system. Blogs that are listed in the rotation of free sites are still there and will remain.

I just did a search checking my spam and trash folders, as well as my inbox. The most recent email I have with includes the expression hoes is a November 5 acceptance of a PR2 blog. Can you please email me back and let me know where to link things up differently and answer my movieroom question stuff. If you haven't received my emails or they ended up in your spam folder or whatever, please hit me on ICQ in sig. Thanks much.

That's true as far as hits don't matter but I can guarantee any hardlink that doesn't send a single hit will do nothing for you in the rankings.

So tell me how google knows whether a site sends a hit or not. I dont have GA installed on any of my sites, so how the hell is google supposed to know where and how i get my traffic?

hoes.com Marc is an asshole

I email him and offered to tade several links on my blogs. He looked over them and said that he was interested, and asked me to put his link up and submit the blogs through his system, then he would put my links up.

I did so, waited 3 weeks - he never put my links up. So he just leeched my free links for 3 weeks.

I will attempt to send the email again using my newer "hoes.net" email address. For whatever reason "hoes.com" usually gets blocked. Please look for it later today.

Bottom line, I made a mistake. I attempted to trade too quickly with too many sites. It affected my serps negatively and I am still feeling the affects of this. I made an attempt to contact those in my "blog list" of email, but evidently it failed to arrive to most of you. I did receive confirmation from quite a few though so I am positive a nice chunk of you were informed.

I offered an option within the email to have your blogs switched over to my normal free site listings... some of you took me up on the offer and were moved. The exposure is not quite as strong as it was being listed permanently on the main category page, but it's a listing nontheless.

Again, sorry for the miscommunication. I think those of you that know me understand that I am one of the good guys in the business. I've been doing this since 1997 and haven't cheated anyone during that time.
