One of them needs a dedicated server and the other may just need virtual or possible dedicated account (depending on his traffic). It may sound a little corny, but I like how scalable your packages are... I told him he could just start with a virtual and gain additional resources for his hosting as his site grows. Dedicated or virtual - I know he'll be just fine with Webair.
