Trademark question

Suppose someone has a site called nakedsexporn.com and I wanted to put up a site on the domain naked-sex-porn.com Assuming nakedsexporn.com isn't trademarked, would I have a problem?

if you registered toys-r-us.com, and sold toys.

Toys R Us would have a problem with it.

If you're really concerned about it, talk to an attorney.

Seek legal advice first. It's worth the $50.

I've decided not to register the domain, but thanks for the replies. I found one just as good that as no potential conflicts with other webmasters.

Cool domain name, but I can't be bothered with the hassle.

I figure it's like this with trademarks:
You can only have a similar name if you're in separate fields and don't compete.
