WP Guru's, Need help! Load issues

hey guys,
I have a gay blog, and it gets 15k unique traffic per day. I was on VPS Hosting but I had to remove due to load issues, and now on a dedicated server I'm being told im using too much resources! This is crazy, I dont host any videos my self and im using wp super cache. can someone check it out for me and see if they can spot anything?

http://boysexblog.com

the index.php is apparently causing the load issues. As I said im not hosting any videos, just the 3 images

it loads pretty fast for me, so not sure what do you mean. Try deactivating that seoegghead navigation plugin and the trackers and see what happens, but again, it loads pretty fast

Apparently all in one seo pack causes large cpu usage, so i deleted and disabled that and put wp-super cache on half mode to see if it fixes it. The hosting company isnt much help either

Been fighting with my server load recently too.

Wp-super cache is good you can also install DB Cache Reloaded. The functionality of those two plugins plus some minify stuff is included in W3 Total Cache.

Also if you can install Eaccelerator on your server or the caching stuff recommended by W3 Total Cache that should help reduce the load.

I would contact them to do it, if they are a decent host they should know how to, what is your host?

Certified Hosting, using a dedicated server as I outgrown my VPS and they said its using up too much load even on that. I have a feeling it could be the flash video player I use ( mac-dev) has many instances on each page

I would turn it autoplay to off in the settings, thats probably why its trying to load videos for each post all at once.

autoplay is already switched to off, I have a thumbnail image for each video but apart from that, no autoplay

The flash player has nothing to do with the server load, since it's just downloaded by client and run locally.

Why is your host complaining that you're using too many resources on a dedicated server? They shouldn't care unless they're sharing your server with another client who's complaining about speed issues.

You have nothing on your site that should be using so many resources. In fact, even if you have cache off, it shouldn't be too bad. Have you tried W3 Cache? Try using their memcached feature, it will be noticeable how quick it is and how low cpu usage is.

Zlib compression works great with Wordpress, so I'd get it enabled if possible.

My other recommendation is change hosts
