If the right person / company / partner came around all they would have to do to make sure they got there cut or % is to do a contract and have a full service escrow / deal with Moniker or someone else.....

Hate to break it to you, but you are soooooo late on the scene to try and help this guy. Six months ago we were all offering him tons of advice and constructive criticism and he came across like he knew it all.
