Cheap .no (Norwegian) domain name registrar??

I need to register a domain name for a friend's company in Norway and I need to find some place that handles .no domains.
From what I checked in godaddy and others, it looks like it's not an option there. Can anyone help me out here?

Organizations that wish to register a domain under .no must have a valid organization number in the Brønnøysund Register Centre (Enhetsregisteret) and a Norwegian postal address.

Do you have this?

Fastname.no is 50NOK + VAT. That's pretty cheap...

his company is getting registered in norway now, but I'm not sure if that's what you're asking. 50NOK is quite cheap, because the sites I found online were asking 75 Euros a year, lol.
I see you're from Norway, so maybe you could tell me if a .com domain would do just as well for a construction company? I'm not sure if they're used as much there.

Get a .no for sure, .com is just not serious enough. Just hang on until he gets the company registrered. He needs the official business number for the domain registration. No way to do it without. Most registras seemes to be around the 100NOK mark so it's not expensive, just a hazzle with the paperwork compared to godaddy

do you use Norwegian letters there? Or should the domain name be without them? I have an "A" with the dot above it and I'm not sure if it can be just as an "A".

it can be with the special norwegian chars, but I've never actually seen them in use and not all browsers support them etc. The most common use is to do only the "a" or "aa". Public service websites normally only use "a", such as www.lanekassen.no
