So google has to remove all vids made by the media company Berlusconi owns (mediaset).

The judge not only ruled against them, but also said in the verdict that they are considered publicers, and eventho the vid was uploaded by users, they are the ones responsible for what makes it onto the site.

Google takes it one step higher and will try to fight it by saying european laws say they are not publishers as a tube site.

Could be a good case to follow up on, as it also implies a few things for the porn tubes that take user submits and are full with pirated vids.
