This guys black and blue face is being plastered all over the news in Denver, funny shit!

DENVER - A man accused of trying to rob a marijuana dispensary in an incident where a woman jumped on his back and wrestled him to the ground was formally charged on Wednesday.

James Leyva, 21, faces charges of attempted first-degree murder, attempted aggravated robbery, second-degree assault and possession of a weapon by a previous offender.

Prosecutors say Leyva went into The Healthy Choice in Denver last week with two other people. Their guns were drawn as they tried to rob the medical marijuana dispensary.

Melissa Hernandez, the owner's sister, told 9NEWS she leapt onto Leyva's back and refused to let go, wrestling him to the ground. A scuffle ensued, shots were fired, and 22-year-old Martin Martinez and 29-year-old Rene Frias apparently got away.

Leyva is in the Denver County Jail on a $150,000 bond. He will appear in court on Monday afternoon.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Martinez or Frias should call Crime Stoppers at 720-913-STOP (7867).

what he didnt know is the guy behind the counter is one of those crazy martial artists black belt ninjas or whatever....anyway...he immediately jumped over the counter and fucked the guy up in about half a second..lol

guy was arrested and sent to jail...goodtimes..lol

Latinas are crazy like that. Once in Mexico I saw a guy get beat (probably to death, I didn't stay around to find out) by three guys with baseball bats. One of the guys has to hold the screaming girlfriend back because she is trying to stop the other two from bashing on her boyfriend's head. After they get in their vehicle and start to drive away she chased the SUV down the street beating on the side and trying to pull the door open yelling she was going to kill them. Colorado is paving the way for marijuana......

Medical marijuana is legal in the state of Colorado.
Denver was the first city in the country to legalize up to an ounce of weed for anyone over 18. And Breckenridge recently legalized up to two ounces.
