i have been in Sears tower on the top floor and was blown away by the height and size of that building. i mean this building is a city in itself with restaurants, shopping markets and recreational possibilities.

So, this guy gets in, buys like 5-10 units (I can't remember but this story was in the 'Khaleej Times' in 05-06). He waits outside after completing his purchase while the first round of units sells out super-fast (it was within hours). As soon as this instance is announced, he doubles his money selling his newly purchased units to the leftovers. No shit.
