Often when I log in to the board I can see threads asking affiliates to promote a recently launched new website. Normally the sponsor offers a huge amount of money as prize to affiliates in order to get them encouraged for the promotion. Sometimes these offers are as outrageous as 1000 dollars! this is all fine and dandy but when I ask one of the tech guys here to run their newly launched website in the system and most of the times although the website is only 2 to 3 week year old I already can see many site rips!
No matter how much money you pay your affiliates you will loose the sales if the content is already out there. Hence you have to make sure what you offer is truly exclusive! A simple protection package for your new website would cost much less than 500 bucks per month! Get your protection right before you launch the website! make sure your agent removes the files before they linger out there for a long time. this is not a advertisement of our services there are other companies out there doing it choose the one you trust! But do it don't let pirates rip you !

It's going to happen one way or another, IMO, the people who look for and can find site rips aren't going to pay for porn anyways. It's unfortunate that illegal file sharing has gotten to this point, but until the laws change there is little you can do to combat it.
