I tried to initiate contact with them in their own threads on GFY

I tried to contact via my own new threads on GFY

And still they couldnt manage to get the promo payment to work out

keep in mind you had to contact them via email before the 25th I believe to get the bonus.

I emailed them for 3 bonus sales before the deadline, they sent me $195 (65 extra per sale) epass a few days before the regular Jan 8th payout...so all good here!
