When you refer an eligible new webmaster, you will receive an additional $100 on top of your regular commissions.

Whoa.... Dr Guile. There's a name I remember from way, way back.

I think my first correspondence with Dr. Guile was back in '97 or '98, when I was one of a few people communicating with the world as "Cap'n Smut."
