Amputate ... yes, I did the nose, but it was VERY low cost and a very very quick job dude!!! lol. Plus, it's not lame! LOL!

I don't think you can say one country has the best designers ... the world of online means there are great designers all over the world. I KNOW I do excellent mascot toons. But I also know other designers from around the world do good work too! It's not an exclusive thing per country.
