i think they speak spanish in peru, like they do everywhere in south america with the exception of brazil, which is portuguese.

well, I'd argue that there are other languages in South America (like English, Dutch and French) and in Peru the official languages are Spanish and Quechua (they also speak Aymara in some places) but yes, they're speaking in Spanish
