OpenX vs. hosted OpenX vs AdManager - GoFuckYourself.com

I'm looking for ad serving for network of sites (not very big).
I need something fast and simple.

I have bought smart spots license, but it's not ad rotator...
(since I can't rotate ads, it will always display ads from only 1 campaign)...

Is anyone using Hosted OpenX on network of adult sites?
How is it performing? Were there any problems?

Anyone using Google Ad Manager on adult sites?
Is it allowed?

Also, has anyone tried out www.bittads.com?
What are the alternatives to OpenX, AdManager or BittAds?

I only have experience with OpenX, hosting it myself. Performs great. Almost every single site I own is being served ads by one OpenX installation. It's fuckin' amazing.

how much traffic/ad displays is that per day?
do you have problems with server load?
(heard that openx can be a resource hog)

I have been told that if you run a big network of sites (mainstream) it is recommended that OpenX be on a dedicated box so I would guess that the same would apply to adult, especially if you have massive traffic.

me too, but I don't have ad sense account and you can have ad manager if you don't have one... this said I can only guess that adult sites are not allowed...

I have an adsense acct but can't find if porn/adult sites are allowed to use google ad manager. I'll ask in their ad manager forum and see.
