Usually contacting the host is enough. Try that first. If that doesnt work try talking to a lawyer and have him send a letter to the host and if that doesnt work, have him file suit. Usually once a lawsuit is filed the host will respond just to protect their ass.

contact the hosting provider they pull the site and if the domain was through Godaddy report it to them, they'll pull domain. Godaddy loves pulling domains, i've had dmca violators pulled by Godaddy before.

He does not have to get involved directly, just giving her advice as what she can do. Report it to the Hosting provider and/or registrar, would be good and simple advice. No point in being rude and saying no or its your problem when he shot content of her. A lot of young models don't know the long term effect of modeling nude and in a way thats used to exploit them and get them to do it. If they all were told, you'll never be able to remove these pics off line, and will probably mess up future and current relationships (work, personal and family)... 50% of them probably wouldnt do it.

Godaddy definitely loves pulling domains, and charging to get them back.

That would all depend on where she lives. If she's from some bible belt area (like Polk County, FL) the cops are more likely to bust her than to do anything else.

wow model's boyfriends are trouble, I've had my problems in the past and heard of ridiculous stories from other programs, sorry to hear this is happening to you. Like mentioned, a letter to the host should resolve this

While I believe the intent of your post, not true at all in my case. I explain that to all of them before the camera starts clicking. Very few walk away. The mind of a 20yo is invincible and the drive for fame/infamy is a powerful drug.
