They have a phone and by the time you wait on hold with international rates that phone gets rather expensive. Then you have to wait up until midnight just so they will actually be there beacuse of the time difference. I'll stick to my free, quick email thanks. |

They don't put you on hold. In fact, the last time I called I was talking to the owner himself in about 35 seconds.
