FLORIDA, the legal rate of interest is 12%; the general usury limit
is 18%. On loans above $ 500,000 the maximum rate is 25%.

If I'm correct thats 12%...

So by this note the original 10,277.61 is actually 16,172.02 after these 4 years/

Well how is this done I have a payment plan signed by the CEO of ibill at that time. They made payments and stopped they owe me $13k.

Your one of the lucky ones. I just got a run around and never saw a dime... then that other billing company continued to bill my recurring members and never sent me a dime either.
