Got a non-managed FreeBSD dedicated the other day, feels like home.

Anyone else use FBSD?

I won't be managing all my servers but it is nice to have one set up with my own weird nameservers etc again.

I'd even use it as a desktop machine if flash/java didn't suck on it.

Out of my 10 servers:

2 are Win2k3
2 are CentOS
1 is Ubuntu
5 are FreeBSD

The FreeBSD machines are -by far- my favorite ones.

Was about to install Linux in 1996 when someone suggested to go for FreeBSD instead... I trusted his judgement and haven't looked back since.

I currently have about 8 machines running FreeBSD.
