I wouldn't be surprised if this "Eric" was doing everything he's being accused of, after seeing his posts.

They certainly don't offer much in way of a defense.

I can certainly recommend Eric. I was most pissed off when I found a few scenes of ours on a cpl of tube sites. I contacted the owner of the tube site & found I got no where. He kept fobbing myself off with comments like he shall remove it, and then didnt. Eric removed it within 5 minutes of speaking to him on ICQ.

Our content is exclusive & should not be shown anywhere else unless our affiliates want to use it for promotions.

I thank Eric & RYC.

Thanks for this thread Barefootsies!! Awhile back I read a post Robbie made and he casually mentioned RemoveYourContent so I found the site but it apparently was not yet complete. I tried emailing them several times but never heard back. I want to use them, or some such company, to remove Fellucia Blow content, which is all over the fucking web. I, myself, have had my lawyer send out 27 DMCA's in 2010 alone, over thirty last year. 3 have to go out tomorrow...

So should we use RYC? LOL At least now I know how to get in touch. (And bulldogs are needed for some of these thieving pirate fuckers, right?)

Steve Easton, who ran APIC, said this business would implode unless it did something to address all the stolen content and copyright violations. That was over 15 years ago.

Defendant John Doe 1 herein, has posted messages and e-mailed Mr. Green directly with threats. For example, “Dope Nuck” has physically threatened Mr. Green and Remove Your Content, LLC via e-mail, attached hereto as Exhibit 1. The e-mail states that Plaintiff should “Either quite bothering all these sites and blogs or will take the bet and nuke you with an early Christmas present.” (sic). Defendant John Doe 1 has also threatened Plaintiff, made several references to “nuking” Plaintiff, and stated that he is “messing with the f------- big boys n----a” and that the Defendant is with the “dope gangs, we live in the hood and prison.” See Exhibit 1. Defendant also claimed that he had tried to “pay a visit” to Mr. Green and that

The FSC has a content removal serivice, if I'm not mistaken. I'm pretty sure they had a full page ad in the newest or last AVN magazine. Might be worth looking into if anyone is looking for this type of service.

They use Vobile who is a great anti-piracy company. It's just a piece in the overall fight though ... because it's limited to dvd producers only and a handful of tube sites.

Yes been a long time. Been fighting and recovering from throat cancer the last year. Got it beat now and building strength.

I remember one culprit who Steve Easton chased relentlessly to get him to stop stealing content from where ever he could find it. Steve never got the guy to clean up his act. Many years later he had become a very big and respected sponsor and walked up to me at a show and told me how he had got started by stealing all my pictures off CD discs. He never offered to pay for the content.

Thanks for the well wishes, been a tough fight.

As for the douche bag it would of done me more harm than good business wise to make a scene. I just thought to myself what a low life every time I saw him post on the boards.

So good to hear you're doing well, Mr. Markham. Throat cancer is horrible and my family has had to deal with elements of it over the years. BEST of luck to you Sir!

Eric Green (owner of remove your content) often attempts to act not within the pale of laws, i.e. wrongfully. Particularly, there have already been precedents when Eric Green tried to generate an ABUSE on companies, having neither bases nor rights to do that. I know several similar cases.

Basing on the facts, he tried to influence our hosting and billings, forcing us to remove the content, though we have all the needed rights to distribute one. Namely that were HENTAI titles and regular hardcore scenes. At present our legal experts are forming a judicial claim, and we are not going to leave it under wraps. We will definitely be informing the public, especially on GFY ;)

No matter what he tells here and what a bigmoth he is, we would like to let people know so that they would consider the fact that this person is not exactly adequate before making a decision to work with him. At times he bypasses the frameworks of law in order to achieve the goal. Sooner or later that will definitely result in serious and unpleasant consequences.

I'm not a regular user of this forum to post here often , but this theme badly inspires to do that.;)

From a hosts stand point, we have dealt with Eric before and we have resolved our issues. Everything he has requested has held value and has been remove. We look at each DMCA and check it for validity. If the content is in question and should be removed it normally is removed.

RYC doesn't just go send random DMCA's, if they DMCA you should take it seriously and not push it off to the side.

So was he trying to force you to remove content you had purchased the rights to display?

If that's the case have you contacted the primary producer / company you purchased the content from?

I'm not a regular user of this forum to post here often , but this theme badly inspires to do that.;)
Voland... You have ripped off so many of our clients I can't even begin to compile a list as it would stall out GFY. VCX, Vivid, Addcitive Entertainment, Alpha France, Japan Anime, Critical Mass Video... Put the crack pipe down. See folks.. Voland is just pissed off because he's one of only 3 clients we have ever terminated for ripping off other customers of ours.

How the fuck can they take legal action when the entire case is still in court. Voland... you're pressing the wrong buttons and I will put the hammer down on all your stolen content sites if that's the game you want to play.

He doesn't even know who the primary producer is. He's basing his claims on a distributor.

This whole damage control Voland is flinging out now actually goes back to 2008,2009. Of course, he has NEVER filed any counter-notices because he knows he had stolen content. I have a nice log of emails, from lots of producers, who essentially want his ass and not in a gay way. If he keeps this up.. I'll start digging and post everything on Serious Partners.

As to the original question. I don't want to mention because they are active posters, here on GFY, and it will just start a shitstorm of drama. I'm too busy to sit here and respond to each hater post daily. However, when Voland stupidly opened his mouth.... I'll make time for it.

bullshit

You're pissed off because if we win in court you company will pay us a bill and will no longer work in this business. So my advice to you: Eric, make you own business.

Eric, a few weeks ago BareFootsies was on this board trying to hire
people to rip sites for him. You bust people for ripping others' sites.
Pretty obvious why he doesn't like you. You've most likely busted him
before. Don't let that bother you.

Mr Green,

I am out of the office and unable to check our records at this moment but I believe that we have received just one complaint against this client (Serious Partners) in the past.

Best regards.

"Eric can you please tell Voland that none of us sold our titles to these guys. I have been trying to serve them (xxxcontent) with papers for 6 months. I have met and spoken with them and they know it is not legal. We will be going after them. All of us. Also since we are notifying him of this if he puts it on his site we will go after him as well. If Voland needs a legal letter we will provide it to him. "

"Well, I've not licensed "Voland" for my titles. I guarantee Bible Black is not licensed to these people. Show me chain of title. Looks like they're trying to syndicate them as well."

Btw, my last email from REAL content owner:

Hi Voland,

I'm hoping that everything has been resolved by now with SegPay for your
site. If you had a chance to read those emails I forwarded to you between
the legal representitive for the hentai studio, ASM, and Remove Your
Content..you will see that ASM is currently being sued by the hentai
studio exactly for what has just occured with you. By contacting Remove
Your Content and claiming that these are pirated videos she has just
violated an injunction which prohibits her from doing exactly this.

Besides the illegal action by ASM, the improper action by Remove Your
Content is also being looked at by my company's legal team. Remove Your
Content never contacted anyone from my company before contacting SegPay to
ask us for documentation on these rights. They have slanderously labeled
my company as a "pirate"...and lets not mention the fact that they shut
down our client's business. My company will most likely pursue legal
recourse from ASM and Remove Your Content.

As for the contracts and documentations regarding the legitamicy of the
rights for these titles...my company has the official Japanese Government
stamped seal and government document which verifies the ownership of
rights and the brokering deal my company has with the owner of the titles
in Japan. etc........
