I've looked at the site, it's interesting. Buying/selling traffic, sure. It's not a brand new idea. 100s of sites do it already.

its not because its new, its becase it seems that they are doing it far better than the rest have.
they also seem to be aiming for quality, rather than quanaty in traffik.
