Would you forgive these people?
I as listening to the radio last night and this site - Apology Center - was featuring in a discussion about how different cultures approach forgiveness.
People post apologies about things they have done that have sat on their brains for ages. Then, people vote if they should be forgiven. Why, it is okay to apologize to a bunch of strangers and have their opinions count over those that were 'wronged' I don't know. Yet, it is still kind of interesting reading what people want to apologize for having done. Porn Stealer caught my eye: Event - I worked for a couple years as a handyman at an apartment building. I'd have the keys to all the apartments and go in and fix things. When I was in a lot of the places I'd see porn videos and magazines. I couldn't resist taking alot of them. I figured no one would ever report that their porn had been stolen. Apology - I never was caught but I have decided it wasn't very smart or nice. He was denied forgiveness. |

I wouldnt forgive him.... a lot of trust is given to key holders (security staff etc) of apartment buildings.

Event - In Apil of 2009, two Domino's Pizza employees in North Carolina shot and posted a video that showed them passing gas on salami, stuffing cheese up their nostrils � then using the foul fixins' in the fast food. The silly-yet-stomach-turning clips - which also showed the workers sneezing and blowing their noses on meals they were handling - were filmed at a Conover, N.C., Domino's and posted on YouTube. The two employees were arrested and charged with with food tampering, although they denied the food actually was sent to customers. Domino's has stated they will also file a civil suit against them and have posted an apology.
This has been forgiven..WTF.. I would not forgive somebody who does that, its just plain gross |
