Did Enom Change hands or something?

Just was saying a few weeks ago, about Enom being one of the only companies over the past decade, never to have had a problem with.. So I was going to increase my business with them and their reseller services..

Every since I made the move, I notice they are becoming really arrogant and rude in support.. I mean just plain nasty like they are King shit of the world and how dare you buy their services and have a problem and contact them.

Basically pushing your support request on their beta broken service products you paid thousands for and cant use due to bugs, to their resellers that have no possible way to answer the support question you are asking about, other than to relay it back to Enom programmers..

Basically, instead of just answering the question and taking the bug to the programmer, they are just saying, screw you, submit the problem to your reseller, who in turn is just going to forward to them, wait go back to reseller, and then back to person (yeah right)

Funny thing is, i was like their first customer ever and although i may have been tied in through a reseller, because thats how it worked at launch, i have always logged in and conducted my business in a Enom website, and used Enom support.

Upon my complaint and asking for a supervisor, they even ackknowledged that although we worked with you before, we ARE NOT DOING IT anymore.. but yet it's their service I am having a problem with..

I mean what the hell is wrong with people today?

I invested $5k into this reseller system and now I am wondering if I should make these poeple a dime? Did they sellout and I miss the memo? I cant believe how they are acting..

Anyone else have a story or something to chime in about them?

eNom has been a bunch of assholes for a long time. I pulled out all of my domains many moons ago. I will never go back.

yeah I have a bunch of domains with them still from the registerfly fallout.

my gripe? I was paying 9.95 per domain and they changed it to 14.95!! then this new biz name shit and they are 12.95 and they want me to join some membership shit.

screw them I am moving domains batches at a time.

Wow, they continue to not even listen to me even though they know I am right, and are even cock blocking my attempt at a refund. They are forcifying me to take my support requests (ENOM INSTANT RESELLER SYSTEM THAT DONT WORK) and trying to send me to some business in Signapore who cant possible help me to get support.

They know it.. They are just being complete corporate tools, to the ultimate CT level..

I simply can't believe business can be run like this.. These are the people that need to be in our jail system.. Not the honest crack dealers of America...

Synapsis
I bought Instant Reseller, from enom.com Site.
I guess my account is tied to some reseller from 10 years ago Enom highered to promote them. So now the new owners want this relationship to die... But im the prick in the middle, who now, cant use the product he paid for, and can't get a refund because Enom is pulling this reseller support privilidge bs on me

Do yourselfs all a favor.. get the fuck out now... This place is the biggest joke i have seen by far

I believe figured it out... I bet they are purposely doing this because i have an original $6.95 reseller account and they just don't make no money, so they are being punks so we do actually take our business elsewhere.. What great pieces of work over there at eNom today.. Expect this if you ever need support.. Because resellers do not give suport, i been one for 6-8 years or so, and I never had to give support, there's nothing to give.. Anyhow

I Did now just go forward my requests to the supposed reseller under me... Just to see what happens... and guess what I got..

I got all the emails all bounced back they no longer exist lol.
This is the contact emails listed in the login area of the domainsbay.com site.

So, I showed this bounced back reply to Enom support, and this was Patricks reply. <--- This guy is being the real prick over there and should be hung.

=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=

You are a real class act Patrick, your a fucking rotted piece of shit not even a fly would touch
(Guess i sublimminally knew it was King of Turd Island :D)

Greetings,

Unfortunately, please refer to your parent reseller for account assistance. You do not have a direct account with us .

Best Regards,

Patrick

That does suck for you, but they will convert you to a parent reseller if you have a certain amount of domains or money invested with them. That'll get you out from under your current reseller.
