I have a high tolerance to xanax (was up to 7mg a night to sleep), have tapered down to 1mg but im not even remotely tired.

it's totally fine... 30mg of restoril is nothing... normal dose up here in Canada is 15-30...
1mg of xanax isn't bad either - especially if you were up to 7.. combined it would definitely kick a normal person out... with your tolerance though, who knows.. won't hurt you though.. |
