Sorry, I disagree. Their support service is rapid, even after the move to quadranet, and their their techs can do wonders for any situation.

That's my experience with them, whether it's my own pathetic server setup, or with a multiple server cluster setup running one of the largest networks around.

So, no, they are still one of the big dogs in the hosting world imvho.
