Thoughts on the Fair Tax movement?
I've been reading the site
http://www.fairtax.org and I am not sure what I think about it. On the surface, it sounds like a good thing. But I am not sure that I am not missing something either. Anyone pro or con that cares to share why?

Yeah instantly wiping out one of the largest arms of the government, it's too bad, even though it'll collect a LOT more taxes for our country it'll never happen

I 100% approve of Fair Tax... it's so common sense... You pay tax on what you consume... the wealthier you are, the more expensive things you consume and you pay more taxes.
It's really quite simple and logical so as barefootsies said, no chance in hell of ever passing.
