Right now I am living in New Orleans, Louisiana. Where there are probably more drunken domestic arguments than anywhere in this country considering the 24 hour drinking that is allowed and takes place here.

And I can speak from experience, having had the cops come quite a few times in my younger years, as long as both parties are not visibly showing signs of a fight, and if no violence occured, anything can happen. You can be arguiong over a blowjob, as long as nether party raised hand to the other, a domestic "call" does NOT ALWAYS = domestic VIOLENCE.

I mean dude, on COPS, I saw one time, they had a couple arguing over the last beer. Cop came, was pissed he had to come for this "bullshit" and didnt take either to jail.

Its very common.

Fucked up!! But before the case was dropped by the District attorney, you did get arrested and put in jail 1st right? The cops were not hearing anything you had to say or proof you had, was strait to jail right?
