So I'm moving back to Vancouver as of July, but in the mean time im selling my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom beach front condo in the cayman islands. Thanks everyone, kitchen is a bit small yes, but its ok for a vacation rental, and most of the time you spend out on the beach, by the pool or "on a boat mother fucker!"

Cost of living is pretty much the same price as US/Canada + 25%. - But you dont get taxed here

As for night life, i have about 10 bars within stumbling distance from my place, and things get pretty rowdy some nights

As for old people, nah, most of the units in my complex are empty most of the year or have younger people living in them, there are a few older couples, but no more than anywhere else.
